Herpes gestationis, also known as pemphigoid gestationis, is a rare autoimmune blistering disease associated with pregnancy and puerperium.
Most cases are related to physiological pregnancies, otherwise, single cases have been described in association with molar pregnancies and trophoblastic tumours. We herein describe three cases of HP, two associated with a physiological gestation and one with a complete hydatiform mole.
